We made it through Halloween without incident. I think Gabe had his feelings hurt a bit that he didn’t have a costume though; Maybe next year. The one I had for him wasn’t too politically correct anyway. Poor boy has enough image problems without my assistance. He had a good time at the parties we went to… Scored a hotdog and a little chili too. Gabey’s tummy don’t feel too good this morning.<\/p>\n
Did anybody have any trick-or-treaters? We bought 9 bags of candy and then had a grand total of 2 kids show up. “Here’s a bag of Kit Kats for you, and a bag of Reeses for your sister. Tear it up.” We even resorted to the “reverse trick-or-treat” method: On our way over to our party we banged on all the doors on our block and gave them candy. “HEY WE KNOW YOU GOT KIDS IN THERE!!! NOW COME OUT AND GET YOUR FRIGGIN’ CANDY!!!” Still got about 4 bags left though.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
