Fat Free Evaporated Skim Milk<\/li>\n<li>2 slices Bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled<\/li>\n<li>1 Green Onion, chopped (green part only)<\/li>\n<li>Crackers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;\">1.\u00a0 Blend cottage cheese in mini food processor or blender until smooth.<span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;\"><span> <\/span>2.\u00a0 Spoon into a microwave-safe, 4-cup bowl.<span> <\/span>Add blue cheese, cream cheese and evaporated milk.<span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;\">3.\u00a0 Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through, stirring midway through cooking.<span> <\/span>(If mixture is lumpy, return to mini processor or blender and blend until smooth.)<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;\">4.\u00a0 Pour into a small 1 cup crock or bowl and garnish with bacon and green onions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;\">Serve warm with crackers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1\/4 c.
