Tis the season to sit around and watch basketball and not accomplish a whole heck of a lot.\u00a0 And wow am I good at it.\u00a0 I would claim that I took it to a whole new level, but I’m sure there are many who out-sloth even me watching the games.\u00a0 I have the day off, so I will need to be a bit brief in my weekend summary;\u00a0 I’ve got lots to get done today.\u00a0 Shovel the drive, build a snowman…\u00a0 The usual late-March activities.<\/p>\n
OK I had an absolutely riveting update typed in here, and for whatever reason it is all gone.\u00a0 That first less-than-riveting paragraph is all that’s left.\u00a0 Maybe a few too many comments about the KU fans and bad karma got me?\u00a0 Not likely, as it was all well deserved;\u00a0 Guess I’ll just chalk it up to bad luck.\u00a0 At any rate I am not inclined to try and duplicate it.\u00a0 I’ll just list an overview of the weekend:<\/p>\n
1.\u00a0 Friday we watched the MU game at the Brooksider and then went to dinner at Cantina del Ray.<\/p>\n
2.\u00a0 Saturday we ate breakfast at Amigos with Mark, Anne, Don, & Katie.\u00a0 Then we went to the Bullet Hole and wasted some ammo.\u00a0 Watched basketball the rest of the day.<\/p>\n
3.\u00a0 Sunday we watched basketball all freaking day, mostly at home.\u00a0 Went to the Brooksider later in the day, after the crowd had cleared.\u00a0 Made corned beef & rutabaga for dinner.<\/p>\n
